Refunds and Returns

What if my delivery is late or doesn't arrive?
Refunds will not be given for late delivery as we are unable to 100% guarantee our delivery times.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Milly and Henry if an order has not been delivered, as we are yet to perfect the art of ESP. When notified we will investigate straight away and ensure that the gift is delivered and received. You can do this by emailing us at  customerservice@millyandhenry.com.au

What happens if my hamper is damaged during delivery?
We promise your hamper will leave the warehouse in pristine condition but because we use a third party courier, we can’t 100% guarantee nothing will go awry during transit. We know that nobody wants a parcel that looks like it was regurgitated onto their doorstep by Godzilla, so if there is any damage Milly and Henry will dispatch a replacement or provide you with a credit for future use.

 *If your order does arrive damaged at all, please send photos of the damge ASAP to customerservice@millyandhenry.com.au so we can forward them to our couriers with some strong words attached.

What if I want to exchange or return the order I have ordered?
This is specific to your order! If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason or just want to chat, please email  customerservice@millyandhenry.com.au.  Any items returned due to change of mind will be returned at the cost of the customer. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalised items.
