What branding is included?
Every hamper comes with a gift card printed with your logo, free on every order, however many hampers you're sending. Branded ribbon is also available at additional cost.
Can I include a message on the gift card?
Yes — one message per order, up to 400 characters including spaces. Include the sender's name so recipients know who the hamper is from. We can't print emojis.
How should I write my gift card message?
Send it exactly as you'd like it to appear, including names, punctuation and any line breaks. We print what you supply, so it's worth having someone read it over first — once the cards are printed, a typo is on every one of them
Can I send different messages to different recipients?
One message per order. If you need different messages for different groups — your clients and your staff, say — tell us when you enquire and we'll split them into separate orders for you.
What do you need from me to print my logo?
Your logo as an editable vector file: .eps, .ai or a vector PDF. We can't print from a .jpg or .png. If those are all you have, your designer will usually be able to supply a vector version. Our gift cards are 138 × 198 mm, and we size your logo to sit well on the card — there's nothing you need to format yourself.
Will I see my branding before it's printed?
Yes. We mock up your gift card and send it for your approval. Nothing is printed until you've said yes to it.
What is branded ribbon?
Satin ribbon printed with your logo and tied on your hampers. It comes in a range of widths and stock colours, with a one or two colour print, and there's an environmentally friendly and a recycled option alongside the traditional satin. Ribbon is made in 100m rolls, so there's a minimum — tell us your hamper quantity and we'll quote it.
How much does branded ribbon cost?
It depends on the ribbon width, the colours and the quantity. There's also a one-off setup charge the first time we print your logo, because a printing plate has to be made — we keep that plate, so any repeat order is considerably cheaper. Ask us for a quote.
How long does branded ribbon take?
Allow 5–7 business days from artwork approval, on top of your usual order timeline. If you're considering ribbon for Christmas, raise it early rather than late.
Can you match my brand colours exactly?
Ribbon print colours come from a stock range rather than being custom-matched, but the range is wide and covers most common PMS colours. Ask us for the colour chart and we'll find the closest match to your brand.
