How do I create my own hamper?
Fill in the form with your budget, quantity and any items you'd particularly like included. We'll come back to you the same day with a few options to choose from. If you'd like corporate branding as well, mention it and we'll include those options too
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 20 units or $2,000, whichever you reach first. They don't all have to go to the same address.
Why is there a minimum on Create Your Own but not on bulk orders?
Bulk orders use hampers we already make, so we can send any quantity. Create Your Own hampers are built from scratch for you, which means sourcing and packing a run specifically for your order — the minimum is what makes that viable.
Can I swap or customise items in an existing hamper?
Tell us what you're trying to achieve and what your requirements are. Often we already have something close, and we'll suggest it. If nothing fits, we'll build something for you.
Can I add my branding?
Yes. Every hamper includes a gift card printed with your logo at no extra cost, and we mock it up for your approval before printing. Branded ribbon is also available at additional cost.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your budget per hamper, how many you need, when they need to arrive, and any musthave items or things to avoid. If you want branding, we'll also need your logo as a vector file — .eps, .ai or a vector PDF. We can't print from a .jpg or .png.
How long does a Create Your Own order take?
We'll send options back the same day. Once you've approved your hamper and, if you're branding, the artwork, we build to your delivery week. At Christmas, give us as much notice as you can — orders close Friday 18 December and bespoke runs need longer than stock hampers.
Can I see the hamper before I commit?
We send a full description and pricing of each option, and we mock up any branding for approval before it's printed. If you'd like to talk an option through, call our team and we'll walk you through it.
